I have to say, I strongly recommend Dolphin & Snorkeling Tours Panama City. The owner, Roger Rowe, is by far the kindest and most considerate business owner I have EVER dealt with. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are very well taken care of.
We wanted to see other things in Panama City and he personally texted me links to places he thought we would be interested in, wow!! Who does that? He is the best!!!!!!
